APSI Daily Schedule:

Tuesday 9:30am – 12noon / APNM WELCOME LUNCH / 1:00pm – 5:30pm

Wednesday 8:00am – 12noon / LUNCH ON YOUR OWN / 1:00pm – 5:30pm

Thursday 8:00am – 12noon / LUNCH ON YOUR OWN / 1:00pm – 5:30pm

Friday 8:00am – 12noon / LUNCH ON YOUR OWN / 1:00pm – 3:00pm

 

Participant Information

New Mexico Participants — New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU) is pleased to be continuing as the lead institution for the AP Summer Institute in New Mexico. In partnership with the New Mexico Public Education Department, funds have been appropriated to cover New Mexico teachers’ tuition and dorm/hotel housing fees for the Summer Institute. Transportation and meals are on your own. (Welcome lunch is paid for by APNM.)

Out-of-State Participants — $450 registration and $250 for housing, if needed.  Transportation and meals are on your own. Register on-line and see payment instructions below.

   

How to Register

  1. Register Online
    Fill out the Online Registration form and submit. Registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

    Note: If you select housing for the Las Cruces or Rio Rancho locations which will be a local Hotel, you must call by the housing deadline to submit a credit card to hold your housing reservation. It is recommended, but not required that that you share a room with a colleague if possible.  If you reserve a room and fail to cancel or do not attend, the cost of the housing for the session will be charged to your credit card.  
     

  2. Out-of-State Participant Payment Instructions
    By mail: Print confirmation email and enclose with a check, school purchase order number and amount, or credit card info. Make checks payable to NMHU/AP-NM. Credit card payments: include type (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), number, expiration date, three digit code, amount to charge, cardholder name, billing zip, and cardholder signature.
